Samantha Johnson, DC
Dr. Johnson is a licensed chiropractor who has been serving the community since graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2017. With a passion for holistic care, Dr. Johnson enjoys working with patients of all ages—from children and teens to adults and seniors—to help them move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
Combining expertise in chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, and clinical nutrition, Dr. Johnson takes a personalized, whole-body approach to care. Whether you're dealing with back or neck pain, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking better wellness, Dr. Johnson creates custom treatment plans that address the root cause of discomfort—not just the symptoms.

Gayle Nissen, DC, CCSP
Dr. Nissen graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1989. She began her practice in Ellsworth in September of 1989 and has practiced here since. She received her Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician certificate in 1994. This enabled her to be a member of the FICS (International Chiropractic Sports Federation) delegation to the 6th All Africa Games in Zimbabwe, Africa where she worked with chiropractors from several countries.
Dr. Nissen was also a member of ProSport Chiropractic, an organization that treats cowboys at rodeo events. While she was active with ProSport she served at Wisconsin State Coordinator, Great Lakes Circuit Coordinator and Secretary and Education Director on the Board of Directors. She was also honored with the Distinguished Service Award and ProSport Doctor of the Year.
Dr. Nissen was also a member of ProSport Chiropractic, an organization that treats cowboys at rodeo events.
