Ellsworth Chiropractic and Wellness Center accepts a wide range of insurance plans — opening our doors to patients from the Ellsworth area in need of care services. Check to see if your plan made the list of our accepted health coverage providers. Call us today for more information or to make special accommodations if you’re not adequately insured.

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure.

Payment Policies
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, debit card, cash or checks. Auto and worker's compensation are also accepted. We offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
